During the conversation Collins talks about her journey to the Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS), her work as the “voice” of the taxpayer at the IRS, shares information about how taxpayers can work with TAS, and breaks down the most pressing issues facing taxpayers, and the importance of protecting taxpayer rights and improving customer service and tax administration.
